Our Product and Guarantee

Our VAWT has been designed from the outset for low-cost production in the UK.

It has three untwisted blades, why?

Our method of blade production, is to use glass fibre polyester and a  pultrusion technique (google it).

It means we can produce, labour-free, hollow section blades at a rate of 25,000 sets a year at low cost.

There are many similar products on the market, however, many don't work and if they do, they are expensive and do not match their performance claims or customer expectations.

Google Search them out and add their dimensions to this tool:

Now repeat it for ours.

Many of them say 10kW but this isn't right, they actually mean 10kWh of energy per day so 416W (and at a rated wind speed of 10 m/s or 19.5 mph in old money).  In the UK you are unlikely in average more than 5 m/s (10 mph) which is about 1/4 quarter of the power.  You can see what your average wind speed is using this excellent report from the BRE here.
